Request for Tender HVAC Upgrade Work for Cabramatta Community Centre

⁠⁠⁠Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money for the HVAC Upgrade works at Cabramatta Community Centre.

The Community Centre is currently provided with eight (8) off individual ducted split air cooled system with the respective outdoor units located on the rooftop enclosure. The new system is based chilled/heating water fan coll units connected to the new chillers and the boilers located at Whitlam Library HVAC.

Request for Tender will close 2:30pm Wednesday 25 July 2018.

A non-mandatory on-site inspection will be held at 10am, Tuesday 17 July 2018 to familiarise tenderers with requirements of the project and contract requirements.

All potential respondents are strongly encouraged to attend the site inspection.
