UNICEF Cambodia is seeking qualified institutions to conduct a Country-led Evaluation of the National Education Scholarship Programmes in Cambodia. The request for proposals is available at the following link: https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/73826.
Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by email to Sophanna Som at ssom@unicef.org. The deadline for receipt of any questions is at 5:00 pm Cambodia local time on Friday 5, July 2018 at the latest. Only written enquiries will be responded to. If the query is of common interest, the question and answer will be made public by 9 July 2018 on the UNICEF Cambodia website.
The deadline for submission of proposals must be by 10 am Cambodia local time on Thursday, 12 July, 2018.
