Tender Description
This tender is for the Cleaning of Key Venues for Blacktown Venue Management with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates.
Council is seeking companies experienced in cleaning multiple buildings and the types of buildings listed.
The term of this contract is for three (3) years.
The works under this contract will generally include the cleaning of all of the listed Council buildings, in accordance with the conditions and specifications.
Blacktown Aquatic Centre and Club House
Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre Emerton
Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope and Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope
Blacktown International Sports Park (Offices, Function Centre, Athletics Centre and Maintenance Shed)
Cleaning will be required to be carried out on each of the days specified to the required standard set out in the Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Venue Manager.
