Tender Description
Austin Health, in partnership with the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority (VHHSBA), seeks consultants to advise on a contemporary and responsive model of care for its health and wellbeing services. The project will be delivered in partnership with Austin Health, and in collaboration with its health service partners.
Project deliverables will be managed in a joint governance structure including Austin Health, DHHS and VHHSBA.
Important Note – Interested parties must complete and return the ‘Confidentiality Agreement’ provided with this RFT brief. The completed form must be returned to procurement@austin.org.au.
Once your signed 'Confidentiality Agreement' is recevied, all remaining RFT Reference Documents will be released.
