Ballarat Health Services is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to supply the organisation with maintenance to the Health Services 141 Fleet Vehicles. This Tender shall cover the services that are undertaken to ensure that the Health Services Fleet Vehicles are maintained accordingly to manufacturers guidelines and are considered safe to operate at all times.
