City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide building works associated with conservation works at Her Majesty's Theatre, Lydiard Street South, Ballarat.
Works include but not limited to roof sheeting and internal guttering, drainage and associated works. Damp remediation works, plaster repair, fire and lighting service and roof structural remediation works.
