Tender Description
Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Education) to submit a response to Invitation to Offer (ITO) QEDSOA-92349 for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of services segmented in the following four categories:
(a) Category One - Application Support and Development Services for SharePoint and Subordinate/Supporting Technologies,
(b) Category Two - .NET Application Maintenance and Development Services
(c) Category Three - Mobile Application Maintenance and Development Services
(d) Category Four - ServiceNow Development and Management Services
The purpose of this ITO is to establish a SOA to supplement the Digital Solutions Unit (within Information Technology Branch, DoE) capacity to perform all Business as Usual (BAU) activities and be able to meet the needs of projects and new initiatives through the provision of all services identified above including the provision of suitably qualified and skilled resources capable of:
* Providing support to DoE Digital Solution Unit managing corporate applications to the DoE’s standards
* Meeting or exceeding deadlines and milestones requested by the SOA Customers
* Providing senior technical advice and guidance to existing staff and management.
