Expression Of Interest Holy Spirit College / Emmanuel Catholic Primary School Civil Works
Civil Works - New Car Parks, Service Road, Set Down upgrades, Extension to Council Road Corridor.
The Rockhampton Diocesan Catholic Education Office (RCEO) is inviting principal contractors to express interest for construction works at Holy Spirit College / Emmanuel Catholic Primary School, Mackay. The project consists of a new 251 space car park, upgrades to existing car parks, set down area and service road. The project also includes an extension of the existing Baxter Drive road corridor where Mackay Regional Council (MRC) are an interested party.
EOI’s should include a resume of previous experience in education facilities, capability statement, staff nominated for project management and site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems. From the EOI’s received, a procurement process will be jointly conducted by the proprietor (The Roman Catholic Trust Corp. Diocese of R’ton TA Catholic Education Diocese of R’ton) and MRC. A limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the proprietor and MRC. The RCEO can provide a guide on the criteria for selection, upon request to the Engineers.
