Council is seeking to establish a panel of skilled and experienced coaches, facilitators and mediators/conflict coaches to support continued leadership and employee development across the organisation.
This is a SCHEDULE OF RATES Contract NOT subject to rise and fall in prices.
Coaching leaders at all levels which may include debriefing 360 feedback instruments; other psychometric testing; and organisational surveys to assist leaders and managers with personal, team and organisational effectiveness.
Facilitation of Strategic Planning days, team building workshops and leadership development workshops. Sessions would generally be for a minimum of half a day and would include liaising with the convenor, preparation of the agenda and workshop content, and evaluation.
Mediation of team issues and conflict coaching for managers in dealing with complex employee issues.
Prospective tenderers can provide a submission for all, any combination, or any single part of these requirements.
