On behalf of Queensland Government, Queensland Government Procurement within the Department of Housing and Public Works, (HPW) is issuing an Invitation to Offer (ITO) to establish a single whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Professional Services to the Queensland Government and eligible Customers.

The ITO is for the provision of whole of Government Professional Services and is being released in four tranches as follows:
Tranche 1 - Finance, Audit and Economic Services;
Tranche 2 - Human Resource Services;
Tranche 3 - Management and Policy Services; and
Tranche 4 - Procurement and Probity Services.

This ITO relates to the provision of Services under Tranche 3 only.

Supplier Briefing
A Supplier Briefing will be held on Thursday, 5th July 2018 commencing at 10.30am in Brisbane (please refer to Invitation to Offer - Section 9).
To RSVP, please indicate/register your intent to attend this briefing by Monday 2nd July 2018 via email: QGPProfessionalServices@hpw.qld.gov.au. Registration is limited to two (2) attendees per organisation.

If you are unable to attend, the presentation, questions and answers will be posted on the QTenders’ website soon after the briefing.

ITO Questions
Please note that ALL questions relating to this Invitation Process must be submitted through the QTenders’ website via the ‘Ask a Question’ button located in Section 3. Questions / information / clarifications sent through other forms of communication may not be addressed. The closing date and time for clarification questions is 2.00pm, Thursday 19 July 2018.
