Zoos Victoria is the overarching body for Victoria's three great zoos, Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo and Healesville Sanctuary.
Food and beverage plays a key role in achieving a successful and memorable visitor experience to our sites.
Zoos Victoria is seeking an experienced catering consultant to assist with a three staged process for our Melbourne and Werribee sites to:
1. Analyse and recommend on suitable business models for catering services.
2. Develop a long term F&B strategy in line with Zoo's Victoria's development plans and policies.
3. Assist with documentation and contract preparation for the catering services tender.
