Expression of Interest – Construction of Shepparton Art Museum

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced commercial building Contractors to register for the construction of the new Shepparton Art Museum (SAM). The new SAM is an architecturally designed five storey building that stands 26.5m tall and has a total gross floor area of 5,092sqm. The building will sit within the Greater Shepparton City Council’s open space centre piece the Victoria Park Lake and will be an iconic regional cultural community centre.

The building works will include but not necessarily limited to contract management and reporting, demolition of existing ancillary infrastructure, site preparation/civil works, construction of the new SAM building, car parking, landscaping and drainage systems.

This project has Federal and State funding and it is expected that the commercial building contractor have experience with high quality and/or regional projects greater than $30 million.

Expressions of Interest will be received until 4:00pm Wednesday 11th July 2018.
