Tender Description
State Library Victoria seeks to commission a third party provider to develop and facilitate a rolling survey of its visitor base over three years.
These surveys provide critical point in time data that assists in providing a clear understanding of who is visiting the Library, how the Library is used and satisfaction with current service levels.
The results will allow the Library to understand its successes and provide evidence of impact to stakeholders and other interested parties.
It also allows the Library to tailor its services and activities based on usage and satisfaction.
