Prospective tenderers should be aware that this project has been identified as a pilot project under the WA Government's Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy. All tenderers will be required, as part of their tender, to submit an Industry Participation Plan, outlining how they will engage with and develop local subcontractors and suppliers, and how delivery of the contract will generate employment opportunities, including apprenticeships and traineeships. The successful tenderer will also be required to submit a report at practical completion indicating how they have met the commitments described in the plan.
