Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the renovation of the existing double-storey B Block general classroom building at Texas State School located at 1 Flemming Street, Texas QLD (Darling Downs South West Region).
The works are to include the:
* design, documentation, inspections and certification of structural works, as documented in the scheduled drawings and undertaken in accordance with the department's Design Standards
* supply of all materials
* undertaking of all works, including incidential items, for the proper carrying out and completion of demolition, alterations, additions and refurbishments.
* any required connections or modifications to services as documented and confirmed on site
