EOI for Hurstbridge Farmers' Market Operation

⁠⁠⁠Nillumbik Shire Council is seeking a business, community group or association to take over the management and operation of the Hurstbridge Farmers’ Market.

The market operates on the first Sunday of each month (except January) and there is an additional twilight Christmas market in December.

The market is supported by Council in its 2017-2021 Council Plan and the Destination Management Plan.

A financial support package is available for the contract term of three (3) years with a view to financial independence after this time.

The new operator should have a vision for growing the market into a destination market with the ability to draw visitors to the region within the guidelines of the existing VFMA accredited market model.
