Request for Pricing: Specialist Cleaning for VIC Schools

Dear Valued Supplier,
Spotless is seeking subcontractors who can operate in the VIC Regions as per the spreadsheet titled: VIC Eastern and Bayside Peninsula Register.

Spotless is looking to build a panel of skilled, qualified, and experienced subcontractors who can perform periodical cleaning for over 250 schools during school holidays, and ad hoc reactive/emergency works for the following specialist cleaning categories/trades:
* Window Clean (internal and external)
* Carpet Clean, Shampoo and Extraction
* Hard Floor Strip and Seal
* Graffiti Removal

In order to progress to the next stage, your company and employee's must be able to meet the criteria's and requirements as set out on the attached document.

There are 2 tabs requiring completion, the Periodical and the Emergency tabs.

The schools are broken down into 9 zones in total.
Each zone consists of circa 30 schools.

The Suburb and Postcode relating to each zone is on tab 2; titled Zone Guide.

Participants are encouraged to quote on as many zones as possible but we do not expect one provider to do all the zones.

Please quote only on the zones that you can service confidently.

The submissions for this RFP will close COB, Thursday, 14th June 2018.

Late submissions will NOT be accepted.

The expected start date for successful panelists will be 1st of July 2018.
