Tender Description
The proposed works to the existing Toyota Dealership include alterations and additions to the existing building housing the Toyota dealership, the Lexus dealership and the service department reception, in accordance with the Tender Documentation.
Works are concentrated to the north western side of the existing building, with workshop and storage areas to the east remaining largely unmodified. Works include extensions to the existing building, modifications to roof structure, modification and upgrade of building facade, modification and upgrade of internal showroom, offices and back of house facilities and associated external works.
Internal and external signage will be supplied by the Principle for installation as part of construction works.The dealership is to remain operational through-out the works. The Principle will relocate the sales teams to temporary accommodation at the north west and the south of the block. A vehicle display area is to be maintained to the western frontage.
The service department is also required to remain operational on site through out the works. The Principle will relocate the service team to temporary accommodation adjoining the workshop to the north of the site, with vehicle access to be maintained to the workshop through-out construction.
