Tender Description
The Shire of Ashburton is seeking experienced and qualified organisations to quote on inspecting, testing and servicing all electrical distribution boards, RCD's and earthing at all facilities and houses across Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Onslow in the Shire of Ashburton. The locations of all facilities and houses that require servicing are listed in Attachment 3.
The contract term will be for a one (1) year period with a possible one (1) year extension at the discretion of the Shire of Ashburton. The extension is also subject to the same terms and conditions of the original term. Throughout the period of the contract, the Shire has the total discretion to either increase or decrease the number of buildings or houses that requires testing. The Shire will notify the Contractor or Company in writing within one month if this occurs.
The request for this RFQ will be split into two separable portions as per attachment 3. Separable portion one will be for servicing Tom Price and Paraburdoo. Separable portion two will be for servicing Onslow. The Shire intends to engage the services of one (1) Contractor or Company to complete the scope of works in Portion 1 and 2 however the Shire may award one (1) or more portions to one (1) or more companies, or none at all subject to budget constraints.
Submissions for this Request for Quotation will be received no later than 12 pm (WST) Tuesday 19 June 2018.
