Provision of Amenity Mowing

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1718-142 for the provision of Amenity Mowing.

Works performed under this contract may include, but are not limited to the following:
A. Amenity Mowing
B. Reach Arm Mowing
C. Municipal Fire Prevention Slashing
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider or a panel of providers to deliver the Services.

Tenderers may tender for all or part of these works. Tenderers must indicate in their submission what services they are tendering for.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for three (3) years.

Council may at its discretion, extend the operation of the Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for a minimum period of one (1) month and up to a maximum of twenty-four months.

The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed sixty (60) months.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 September 2018.
