The City of Greater Geelong seeks tenders from organisations with the requisite experience and capability to manage and operate its Long Day Care and Kindergarten within the Armstrong Creek Integrated Childrens and Community Centre.

The Armstrong Creek Integrated Childrens and Community Centre is a new establishment due for construction completion in November 2018, with operations of the Long Day Care and Kindergarten due to commence 2019.

The Integrated Childrens Centre has been designed to develop an integrated early childhood service, providing a comprehensive range of early childhood education, care, and health services for the community. It has been developed to reflect a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children and families, and a belief that greater progress toward improved outcomes is to be achieved by working together rather than working in isolation. This includes community and parent participation in children's health, development and learning as well as decisions about programs and services provided through the Centre.

The Contractor will ensure the Long Day Care and Kindergarten programs are delivered within an integrated practice model.

Note: A copy of the Licence Agreement (Lease) is currently under Draft, and will be issued as an Addendum to this Tender when it becomes available. This is expected to be within the next 5-8 business days of tender release.
