Tender Description
The Commission has identified three key areas of expertise and knowledge that is likely to be required over the next three (3) years. These areas are:
- economic regulation;
- financial; and
- technical.
Respondents are required to illustrate expertise in one (or more) of these areas to be successful.
It is desirable for Respondents to illustrate expertise and knowledge in at least one of the following industries:
- electricity;
- water and sewerage;
- port;
- gas; or
- generally across utility industries.
