As part of Manningham Council's Capital Works Program, it is proposed to perform the reconstruction & extension of parking facilities at 123 Andersons Creek Road, Doncaster East.

These works include:

* Removal of approximately 22m of kerb, 19 sqm of road pavement, line marking and undertaking associated earthworks within the limit of works area.

* Construction of approximately 32m of new kerb, 18 sqm of road pavement, 40 sqm of concrete pedestrian footpath, subsurface A.G. drainage, top soiling & seeding, line marking and installation of 2 parking restriction signs and fittings within the limit of works area.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
