Tender Description
The purpose of this EOI is to establish and evaluate Goulburn Valley Health’s options in respect to the engagement of a software solution provider to supply a fit for purpose integrated asset management software solution, which includes a consolidated asset register and a database that establishes maintenance needs based on service, risk and lifecycle.
The Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF), compliance to which has been mandated by the Department of Treasury and Finance, provides a flexible approach for organisations to manage their assets in a manner specific to their operational circumstances and the nature of their asset inventory, whilst adhering to government requirements.
Notwithstanding the AMAF being flexible and non-prescriptive, there are a number of clear deliverables associated with its implementation and compliance.
