Tender Description
The State is seeking to establish a Professional Services Panel. The Professional Services panel will consist of two distinct categories i.e. HR & Recruitment and Business Advisory Services, with sub-categories under each of the two main categories.
The broad categories of services in-scope of the Professional Services Panel include:
• Business Advisory Services
- Delivery of Business Improvements;
- Customer Experience Improvement;
- Management Advice;
- Operational Strategies and Systems;
- Business Strategy Planning; and
- Program/Project management delivery.
• HR & Recruitment Services
- Pre-Employment Screening;
- Executive/General Recruitment;
- Staff Development & Training;
- Executive Coaching;
- HR Advice; and
- Workplace Health and Safety.
The Professional Services panel will be established for a one year initial term, with two one year extension options, up to a maximum period of three years.
