Tender Description
This Request for Tender (RFT) is presented by Latrobe City Council, on behalf of the Gippsland Local Government Network (GLGN) and its six (6) member Councils:
- Bass Coast Shire Council;
- Baw Baw Shire Council;
- East Gippsland Shire Council;
- Latrobe City Council;
- South Gippsland Shire Council; and
- Wellington Shire Council.
Secretarial Support Services are to be provided over the contract term under a fixed annual lump sum, payable in quarterly instalments. These services will support the GLGN in their annual planning and meeting management as described in the Specification of this RFT.
Advocacy Consultancy Services are to be provided over the contract term on an ad-hoc basis as directed by the GLGN or the Contract Supervisor and invoiced in accordance with the Schedule of Rates submitted with the successful Tender Response.
