Request for Quotation, Ballan Municipal Office Depot Relocation, Feasibility & Business Case. The Scope includes:

• Background review and site inspection of Council office and depot (including existing library space)
• Assess OHS, Environmental and Social risks associated with the existing site
• Review of current proposals for staff/service delivery
• Review previous accommodation investigation and proposals for the Ballan office
• Prepare a masterplan for the existing site
• Recommendations for site decommissioning and estimated costs
• Obtain land valuation for existing depot site, post rezoning.
• Cost plan
• Stakeholder engagement
• Consideration of a joint use depot with another entity
• Preparation of draft Business Case including construction of a new depot for consideration
• Finalisation of Business Case
