Register of Prequalified Suppliers for Building Washdowns

⁠⁠⁠Townsville City Council manages a large number of building assets and other structures at a variety of locations throughout Townsville.

Council is seeking to appoint suitability qualified organisations with the capacity and capability to a panel of Building Washdown providers.

The initial period of appointment to the Panel will be for one (1) year from contract award with options for Council to extend the contract by a further two (2) periods of one (1) year each. Appointment to the panel is not a guarantee of obtaining services by any/all members of the Panel.

The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the following work types:

• Soft wash of the building, windows, downpipes, soffits, gutters and floor tobe undertaken by application of soap/detergent and removal by broomand /or low pressure water;  
• Hard wash of the building, windows, downpipes, soffits, gutters and floor to be undertaken by application of soap/detergent and removal by high pressure water;
• Gutter Cleaning internal and external to remove all dirt, grass, leaves and litter etc.;
• Other minor works not specifically identified but necessary for the effective completion of the specified tasks and procedures; and
