Tender Description
The development of Picnic Cove, Yanchep, is to provide an accessible park facility for the local community, and to provide longer stay options rather than solely relying on the beach itself.
Works are to commence in June 2018 and must be completed within 12 weeks.
Works under this Contract shall comprise, but not limited to the following:
- Supply and erection of temporary fencing to comply with AS 4687-200, including native vegetation clearing protection fencing,
- Site preparation within construction areas,
- Survey set out of construction areas,
- Earthworks and grading within construction areas,
- Fine grading within construction areas,
- Supply and installation of irrigation system,
- Supply and installation of concrete kerbs,
- Supply and installation of concrete footpath and hardstands,
- Supply and installation of decking areas on concrete footing,
- Supply and installation of lookout structure,
- Supply and installation of limestone walls/edges,
- Supply and installation of steel edging/tree rings,
- Supply and installation of park electric BBQ,
- Supply and installation of park seating,
- Supply and installation of park picnic table and shade shelter,
- Supply and installation of trees and shrubs,
- Supply and installation of dune restoration plants and coir mesh,
- Supply and installation of organic mulch,
- Supply and installation of turf,
- As constructed drawings of park construction,
- Maintenance throughout the 12 week Consolidation Period,
- Handover to the City of Wanneroo.
