Tender Description
Monash University's I.T. corporate data growth is accelerating year on year and it is now near or at critical capacity levels. At these levels the vendor indicates that we can see impacts to the performance of our on-premise storage platforms.
To alleviate the performance and capacity issues, we are looking to leverage an enterprise grade archiving solution to move aged data to one of our public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, Google or SaaS). After moving the data into the cloud, the data can be accessed by end users or deleted once it has exceeded the data retention requirements of the University.
