The PAVE ("Pathway and Vocational Education") Buildings at the Hawthorn, Croydon and Wantirna campuses all require an upgrade to the HVAC facilities ("the works").

The scope of the works is the procurement and installation of the HVAC equipment. Ongoing maintenance is excluded.

Swinburne University is seeking to select and appoint a contractor to undertake these works based on the attached drawings and specifications.

This open EOI is the first step of the selection process. Swinburne anticpates (subject to Conditions of Response) that it will invite short-listed respondents to participate in a closed RFT process which will follow the EOI.
