Tender Description
The Corporation of the City of Adelaide (ABN 20 903 762 572) (the Council) invites Quotes for the supply of media, planning, buying and measuring services (the Supplies).
For each media campaign, the Council will provide to the Supplier a brief. The Supplier will make a media plan and strategy which includes the analysis and selection of relevant media choices ensuring that this leads to achieving the Council’s media and advertising objectives.
The Supplier is to ensure effective media delivery by monitoring whether the campaign is being executed as per the media plan.
Following the campaign the Supplier must report back to the Council regarding the campaign’s efficiency in terms of the delivery, the ratings achieved, value additions and overall savings negotiated.
The Council will engage the Supplier for a period of 1 year with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
