Western Water on behalf of SMEC (as the Consultant and Superintendent) and Exford Road Management Pty Ltd (as the Principal) invites Tenders from suitably accredited contractors for the construction of the Seventh Bend Estate Branch Sewer 02 and associated works.
In addition, the Works require the sewer contractor to coordinate and cooperate with all the relevant Authorities and Utilities and the principal contractor on site to ensure the works are carried out in a timely manner and no delays are caused to the works.
Works will include the construction of the branch sewer main, manholes, property connections, and associated ancillary works around this installation.
Tenders close at 2.00 pm on Wednesday 23 May 2018 and should be clearly marked.
