Tender Description
You are invited to review and submit your tenders for Phase 1, of the BMCS Upgrade shceduled for ACU Melbourne. This is a multi-phase upgrade initative that will need to be performed out of semester times to minimise disruptions and interferrances with the campus operation.
The new BMS system is to be a direct change out of the existing Johnson control systems, the description of operation is to be like for like, if documentation is not clear or unavailable a description of operation is to be submitted for approval.
The BMS contractor will be responsible for engaging the services of Daikin in order to update the BACnet gateways IP configuration to suit the new system. The Daikin BACnet gateway for building 411 is to be connected to the existing ACU server rack in the building (location to be determined onsite). The Daikin BACnet gateway in 412 and new BMS controllers are to be wired to the existing server rack in building 412 (location to be determined onsite).
The BMS contractor is to supply patch panels in the existing rack if required.
Please note the attached documentation does draw refernece to a site inspection/ meeting as a systems specialist will be avalible at these times to assist with answering any questions or queries.
