Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new double-storey, four classroom General Learning Area (GLA) building at Wynnum State High School located at Peel Street, Manly QLD 4179 (Brisbane Metropolitan Region).
This project involves the demolition of an existing amenities building; the construction of a new double-storey four classroom building; refurbishment of an existing classrom and associated site-wide infrastructure upgrades.
Important - all works are to be completed before the commencement of the 2019 school year.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 3 with a QBCC Builder's Licence and third party Quality Assurance to undertake the entire scope of works.
