Tender Description
Principal Contractor to manage Latin American markets from 1pm - 9pm in Lyne Park, Rose Bay on Saturday 27 October 2018.
* Book and manage authentic Latin American providers for the markets, ensuring they meet all health, safety and insurance regulations. Stall holders to include food, drinks and hand-made merchandise such as weaving and textiles, art, jewellery, clothing, musical instruments and other products but excluding mass produced or replica products.
* Ensure professional look and uniformity of temporary market stalls, signage and decorations, tables and chairs, ‘dress’ the park and manage installation and pack-up.
* Provide Safe Work Method Statements detailing plan of lay-out of temporary stalls for approval, including seating areas, power supply and lighting as needed.
* Advise necessary bump-in and bump-out times and power requirements for the markets.
* Optional extra to provide way-finding and decorative lighting and power supply for the event.
