Tender Description
Melton City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified contractors to refurbish the exterior cladding Melton Waves Leisure Centre facility.
The completed works will deliver high quality replacement cladding to the Melton Wave Leisure Centre facility including demolition and removal of existing cladding, replacement with Colourbond and FC Sheeting cladding, demolition and rebuild of plant room wall, painting, tilt up doors and associated electrical works, and removal and replacement of a shade structure.
The proposed construction drawings have been attached to this RFT.
