Innovation in Childhood Immunisation

⁠⁠⁠Eastern Melbourne PHN (EMPHN) invites Tender Responses from suitably qualified tenderers for the provision of Innovation in Childhood Immunisations in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Tender (RFT).

This tender aims to encourage an innovative approach to increase the immunisation rates in the LGAs with consistently low coverage in children in the 24-27mth old range. The purpose of the approach adopted is to test a different methodology to increasing coverage in this cohort and encourage collaboration between immunisation providers.

The successful tenderer will develop an innovative approach to increasing childhood immunisation rates in the 24-27 month old age range in the City of Manningham, City of Monash and/or Shire of Yarra Ranges. Suggested areas of focus are reminder systems, data cleaning activities, collaboration between immunisation providers and/or immunisation catch up services.

Applications will not be limited to these approaches only and other innovative methodologies will be considered. There is opportunity to provide this service in the three LGAs specified. Tenderers can apply for a single LGA or for multiple LGAs.

This RFT will require tenderers to lodge their responses in two parts:
(i) The first is the pre-qualification component of the Tender Response
(ii) The second is the remaining component of the Tender Response

Only Tenderers who meet the pre-qualification requirements set by EMPHN may submit the remaining component of the Tender Response. Please ensure you read all parts of the RFT to understand the process for lodging a response.
