DEDJTR is responsible for the delivery of the annual Victoria Prize for Science and Innovation & Victoria Fellowships on behalf of the Victorian Government.
DEDJTR is issuing this Expression of Interest to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available for the delivery of the Awards Program with a view to engaging a suitably experienced and qualified provider to manage the process for 2018-2020.
The procurement objective is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to manage and administer delivery of the Awards program on behalf of the Victorian Government in 2018-2020 including:
a) The management services and administration of the Awards program such as project management and coordination, judging panel appointment, record keeping, reporting and evaluation, database and stakeholder management.
b) The organisation and delivery of the annual Victoria Prize and Victoria Fellowship awards ceremonies and the administration of the disbursements and reporting of the prize and fellowships monies.
