Tender Description
Waverley Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the design and construction of the following separable portions, which are located in the Waverley LGA, including:
* Turf Irrigation at Clementson Park (Bondi Junction)
* Turf Irrigation at Wairoa Park (Bondi Beach)
* Turf Irrigation at Dickson Reserve (Bondi)
* Turf Irrigation at Bondi Park (Bondi Beach)
* Small Park Upgrade at Eastern Reserve (Vaucluse)
Further, the scope includes, but is not limited to:
* Design Development from Concept to ‘As For Construction’
* Certification of the design and construction to relevant NCC and Australian
Standards including but not limited to: AS4902:2000.
* Landscape construction works to: AS2601, AS2303:2015, AS4419:2003 and
AS/NZS 3500.1.
