Tender Description
The purpose of this Consultancy brief is to engage a suitably qualified Project Management company that can demonstrate the required skills and experience to deliver this major project for North Sydney Council. It is anticipated that the Project Management Company will provide a suitably qualified, dedicated Project Manager for the duration of the Contract.
The Project Manager will form part of Councils established Project Control Group (PCG) and directly report to the Director of Engineering and Property Services..
The engagement under this Contract will be in stages. Council reserves the right to award the stages (as detailed in the brief) either to the one Consultant at separate times or to separate consultants.
