Tender Description
The purpose of this Consultancy brief is to engage a suitably qualified Consultant team to prepare documentation for the redevelopment of the North Sydney Olympic Pool. The consultant team will be required to prepare all required documentation for Detail design Development of "Option 2" as resolved on by Council in December 2017. The detail design development of Option 2 will include refinements required as part of a Value Management Workshop.
All documentation required for the preparation and lodgement of a Development Application for the redevelopment of North Sydney Olympic Pool.
The preparation of all required Tender and Construction documentation based on the approved Development Application.
Design services required during construction.
