Tender Description
The scope of this project includes;
* Analysis of Councils current land titles system
* Analysis of related legislation including new legislation coming into effect
* Delivery of a report with a series of recommendations
* A detailed technical specification for software requirements
* A recommendation of appropriate industry providers of software
Stage one of the project is to be completed by 30 June 2018, the end of financial year.
RFQ closes at 4:00pm (Norfolk Island time) on 27 April 2018 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
