Expression of Interest - Site Clean Up Services

⁠⁠⁠Loddon Shire Council is seeking to engage suitable contractors to provide the following services:
* General site clean up and rubbish removal
* Remove and dispose of scrap metal
* Remove and dispose of unregistered vehicles
* Tractor slashing work
* Mowing and trimming work

The scope of duties includes work to be conducted on private property and Council land as part of Council’s compliance program for untidy or unsightly properties and fire hazard reduction.

Contractors may express interest in all or parts of the work as well as nominated locations within the Shire. Responses must include a schedule of rates for specified work including travel and on costs.

Approved contractors may be invited to tender for certain sites, subject to the scope of work and expected cost, in accordance with Council’s Procurement Policy and local government best value principles.
