Tender Description
The City of Stirling (City) invites Invitation for Tenders (IFT) from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Community and Home Based Support Services.
The City has provided a range of home and community care services for the frail aged and people with disability for more than 30 years. Services are currently provided to approximately 1600 residents who reside within the City’s boundaries, 750 of those residents currently receive in home support services. Services may be provided as part of the Home and Community Care Program WA (HACC WA); the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), as well as fee for service. The contract will be initially for a period of 1 year with two options to extend for 1 year each at the sole discretion of the City
The Panel Contract is anticipated to be awarded to approximately 3 Contractors and work distribution will be based on ranking
