Melbourne Park Redevelopment Stage 3 - Invitation for Expression of Interest Managing Contractor Services

⁠⁠⁠Development Victoria is seeking responses to this Invitation for Expressions of Interest for the delivery of the Melbourne Park Redevelopment Stage 3 - Managing Contractor Services.Stage 3 Works include:

Central Precinct

• Central Terrace, which provides a new elevated public space in the heart of the precinct connected by ramps to Garden Square and Upper Terrace.
• New Function and Media Centre including function rooms, pre-event spaces, interview rooms, a 200 seat auditorium, broadcast studios and carpark/broadcast compound.
• Central Logistics Hub including Central Kitchen and Central Loading Dock
• Upper Terrace including a 5000 seat Show Court/Arena and match court

West Oval

• New design and entry approach to the western edge of the Oval, including coordination and connection with the Stage 2 RLA works.
• Works also includes demolition of associated area and possible re-routing of services North Match Courts
• Two new match courts in the north-west court ladder

Staff Mustering

• New Staff Mustering areas within the Rod Laver Arena undercroft Plaza Link
• New Multi-deck carpark
• Upper Terrace East including a new match court
• A concourse link to the Eastern Plaza and National Tennis Centre

The purpose of this EOI Process is to assess the ability of Registrants to provide the Services and prepare a shortlist of Registrants for a Request for Tender.

The Registrant’s EOI must be completed in the format specified and submitted to the Tender Box by 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
