Notice for Pre-Tender Conference Provision of Disability Services

⁠⁠⁠With reference to Request for Tender for FOL/17/3552 - Provision of Disability Services that will be issued by Moonee Valley City Council, a Pre-Tender Conference will be conducted at 10:00am on April 5th 2018, at the following venue:
Clocktower Centre
750 Mt Alexander Rd
Moonee Ponds
VIC 3039

All the interested potential tenderers may participate in the Pre-Tender Conference. A maximum of 3 (three) representatives of each potential tenderer will be permitted entry. The representatives are advised to produce identity documents for entry into the Pre-Tender Conference.

The potential tenderers are advised to send an email on or before 12 noon on 4th April 2018, to procurement@mvcc.vic.gov.au with the names of representatives of potential tenderers attending the Pre-Tender Conference. Such tenderers may also send their queries on the email address mentioned above. The email should clearly bear the following subject line: “Pre-Tender Conference Participants | Tenderer Name”.

The Agenda of the meeting will be as follows:
* Opening and Welcome
* Presentation by council’s project manager
* Presentation on the procurement process by council’s Head of Procurement
* Open house session to address queries of potential tenderers
