CONDITIONS OF TENDER FOR SALE
Tenders are invited for the sale of land at Lot 44, Unnamed Road 4, Warra.
The property is described as Lot 44 RP32830 Parish Thorn, and has a land area of 1012 m2.
The land is zoned Rural under the Western Downs Planning Scheme 2017.
The purchaser shall inspect and be aware of the condition of the land, services, and any requisitions or conditions applying to the land and buildings being offered for sale.
The purchaser and seller shall each be responsible for their own legal costs associated with the registration of the sale
Council reserves the right to accept any offer in whole or part. The highest or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted.
Council reserves the right to negotiate with the preferred tenderer in the event that their tender is less than the reserve price.
The property will be free and unencumbered.
