Management and Operation of the City of Stonnington Car Parks

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the management and operation of four (4) Council Multi-deck car parks in the South Yarra and Prahran commercial precincts for an Initial Contract Term of 3 years.

The City of Stonnington invites tender submissions from Qualified and Experienced Contractors to undertake management and operation of the Elizabeth Street, Little Chapel Street (a.k.a. King Street), Macfarlan Street, and Cato Square (estimated completion 2019) car parks, and perform the services set out in the Tender.

A mandatory briefing session will be held on 9 April 2018 at 10:00am at the Elizabeth Street car park (and thereafter the Little Chapel Street (aka King Street) and Macfarlan Street car parks).

NOTE: The TenderLink online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
