Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Rehabilitation of Coldstream West Road (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 280 G6).
Tenderers are advised that the construction start date is as soon as possible.
Works include site preparation, road stabilisation with cement and lime of the existing 6.4 metre wide pavement to a depth of 300mm for 410 metres, a 200mm crushed rock overlay, kerb and channel (remove and replace – one side) with 100mm AG drain and 10mm primer-seal.
Ancillary works include driveway crossings, reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) drainage, guideposts and line marking.
Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
